我覺得她自然,又散發著一股..
不是那個沙拉!
我每天中餐都是(牛、羊、雞肉)其中一種搭白飯混糙米,另外搭自製的沙拉
沙拉的部份通常是 結求萵苣 紫高麗菜 黃椒 番茄 苜恕芽 還有
灑上一點纖果(黑豆之類的混合豆)
醬料自製 亞麻仁油加紅酒醋
想問有人也在自理沙拉嗎? 有推薦的菜色嗎 老實說我吃的有點點膩了
像是歐洲那些醃製罐頭可以當沙拉嗎?
還有看賣場有賣小麥草等等的草類 可是似乎會讓尿酸提高 ..
