小弟首po
現在深蹲有幾個問題
肩膀活動度不太夠導致背槓手肘飛起來,改善方式是會做旋轉肌群的暖身並在背槓時嘗試收緊闊背肌,但蹲完第一下就會無意識的放鬆,剩下夾緊上背。
腳踝活動度不太夠。
蹲的時候會感覺膝蓋往前很多。
再來是會不知道該蹲到什麼點停止,導致發力不順。
