深蹲動作請益(內有影片) - 健身

板上各位巨巨大家好
小弟接觸深蹲約3個月多
但近期深蹲重量只要在PR的80%以上或次數較高與,蹲到底感覺膝蓋都會有內夾的情況,與後腳根有點浮起來 。
還有小弟本身有些微扁平足 ,請問有人跟我一樣扁平足嗎?有沒有什麼方法可以改善 謝謝 。
想請板上的各位巨巨幫小弟指點一下姿勢
另外建議購入護膝與深蹲鞋嗎
