跑 863 課表
想請教各位有沒有要注意的地方,或是姿勢需要修正的部分
都是錄最後 3 下的部分,但有到 6 下
low bar squat 75KG * 6

deadlift 我有時候除了底部會吸氣,
拉上去後也會換一次氣,因為覺得張力不夠支撐下去
