不知道標題下得是否恰當
之前有PO過影片
那時候是背100*5 可能太重 導致前趴
目前練腿日 是深蹲5*5
最近一次是100*5*1 90*5*4這樣(上週)
疫情之前蹲過最重應該是120左右 但最多2下
現在回來練 蹲個100*5覺得快掛
不過知道要一點時間恢復感覺
但想問的是 大家在突破重量時
是怎麼訓練?
當天只做1-2下的重量 然後做幾組就好?
比如以我水準
先嘗試110or120蹲1-2rm 然後就不蹲5rm的?
可能蹲個5組這樣?
