深蹲小腿痠痛 - 健身

平常只是用啞鈴做高腳杯深蹲跟箭步蹲(有名稱但忘了)訓練量很少,一禮拜約兩次,一次
各三組,但發現做到高腳杯最後一組完後,小腿外側總是特別痠,做腳掌上揚動作會更明
顯,沒深蹲鞋,但會墊0.5cm的板子在腳跟,做深蹲前會熱身拉筋,平常穿有跟的皮鞋或
靴子走很久的路也會這樣,是不是跟墊高腳跟然後走路或深蹲姿勢不良有關?
