深蹲疑問 右手拇指會麻 - 健身

各位巨巨好 不好意思打擾了
前一年大概有一年斷斷續續都是徒手與迪卡儂買的20kg啞鈴在家訓練 跑跑步..塔巴塔
剛退伍開始工作才加了健身房 11月初開始到現在滿一個月
也是因為這樣才開始接觸健力三項
我170/79 一開始去因為剛好遇到認識的朋友慫恿(?下有先測了PR
現在想想真的蠻傻 動作都還不熟練下去做
臥推硬舉沒什麼狀況 臥推還被懷疑以前到底有沒有練過orz
唯獨深蹲問題比較大
剛開始是用低背覺得槓放起來比較舒服 但我問過別人說我這不夠低 也不是高背
就那一次蹲完一下125公斤之後 右手拇指開始麻到小手臂 大概麻一個多禮拜
麻的部位是照片上黑線的位置

去看兩個推拿一個說拉傷 第二個說骨頭移位
說骨頭移位的醫生摸某個點真的痛到靠北 後來推回去就算大力壓也沒什麼感覺 當下覺
得超神奇
說拉傷的真的隨便貼個藥250拎娘勒
手的狀況比較好了才開始嘗試高背槓
想說這樣手肘比較不會飛 看能不能改善
現在只有當下要起來時會比較有幹要麻了要麻了的感覺 之後也都正常 大概蹲完會小麻一
下而已
現在還在摸索手抓槓的位置 不曉得是要抓寬一點還窄一點
有打算要不要去看個物理治療 不過現在沒剛開始那麼嚴重也就拖著沒去
左手都沒事 唯獨右手 請問是不是我活動度太差導致手麻?
不知道有沒有遇過這狀況的版友
