小弟想要跳的高所以上網查了增加爆發力最好的組數是5x5
可是我110kg深蹲蹲了一個月也沒感覺到有跳比較高 蹲完隔天也沒有酸痛 但是蹲110是滿
ㄍㄧㄥ的 不知道到底是有沒有練到
硬舉的話我是拉80kg 8x3 也是很ㄍㄧㄥ 但是隔天也不會酸痛 不知道有沒有白做
一個禮拜會做3次 第一次跟第三次做深蹲 第二次做硬舉
最後想請問高手 硬舉舉起來在瞬間墊腳會有多練到嗎?
