本魯自大學時期開始健身
期間也停滯過一段時間
四年期間體重由50增至61
訓練方式就是以健力搭配有氧為主

現今因為平時是個模板工人
作息規律但是卡在下班後並沒有太多的體力以及休假並不固定所以沒能夠有效訓練
平時上班作業時腰部的負荷也是極為重
一些材料模板、鐵督、馬達重的也是十公斤起跳
所以下背部份久而久之也開始走針
