深蹲腳跟踩不到地 - 健身

請問大家在練深蹲的時候會有遇到腳跟踩不到地
所以需要身體前傾來幫助腳跟著地的情形?
用啞鈴高腳杯來蹲的話會稍微好點
但是背槓的問題就比較大(有試過墊小槓片情況有好點)
想請問這種狀況該如何改善?
另外想請問重訓深蹲硬舉後想跑步的話有推薦的鞋子?(除了買舉重鞋QQ)
