健身肌肉版健身前輩好
目前接觸自由重量大約9個月
平常健身都是穿帆布鞋
今天發現帆布鞋的鞋底有點裂開
所以打算先物色下一雙鞋子
本身深蹲沒有活動度的問題
如果墊槓片的話會變成全蹲
目前有幾個選項
1.繼續買帆布鞋
便宜、硬舉也適合
壞了就買新的
但是怕到一定重量後會不穩(?
2.nike 或 Reebok 的訓練鞋
比帆布鞋還硬(?、硬舉也適合
3.舉重鞋(康瑞)+帆布鞋
可以讓活動度更好
目前深蹲大概在105公斤/6rm
還在穩定進步中
目前沒有有氧的需求
