深蹲討鞭 - 健身

如題
先前深蹲姿勢不良又做大重量沒人補, 忽然一個撐不住向後傾
用力凹回來, 結果就是下背之後都不太舒服, 很僵硬久坐又會很痠
大概休了半年沒蹲, 中間只敢用機器練腿QQ
最近想再重新開始蹲, 去蹲了一次3x6
請各位巨巨幫忙看下姿勢.
