深蹲討鞭 - 健身

想詢問版上各位,這樣子會不會蹲不夠低?
我自己在熱身的時候好像也差不多是這個高度,有刻意的話,可能可以稍微再低一點點(
但瀕臨臨界點的時候,硬要往下會變得很難施力)。
另外有兩個小問題想討教
1.各位平常蹲的時候大概多重會開始上腰帶,或者建議在什麼時間點上?(我自己同樣重
量目前是前兩組不上,最後一組才上)
2.在蹲下要上來的時候,有時候兩腳施力不太平均,導致從正後方看有一點點偏某一邊(
大部分是右邊)。建議如何改善呢?
