練背的時候超容易板機指 - 健身

練背的動作,不外乎就是抓或拉
通常抓或拉越重的槓片,手指難免就會握的更緊
然後隔天一覺醒來,就有輕微的板機指現象
所以不管重量多輕,我只能很無奈的用拉力帶在練背
只是好奇想知道其他人在練背的時候,也會有板機指現象嗎?
