前陣子改了姿勢,
主要是蹲的更低,背的角度也變得比較斜了一點,
影片中的重量是85kg*8,前面已經做了一組85kg*10,
想請各位大大幫忙看一下整個動作的啟動、過程與最底部是否有問題?
個人覺得最底部時好像有一點骨盆翻轉..?
