背景:身高163公分,體重57公斤,目前執行strong lift,深蹲重量卡在90公斤。
情況:蹲的時候是蹲到底,大腿後側貼小腿,屁股幾乎碰到地面,瘠椎是保持中
立的。從最底下起來到大腿平行地面這段是很晃的,也是最吃力的地方。
問題1:我不知道這段最主要的發力點應該是在哪裡?我不知道我應該告訴自己哪
裡用力,我就只是站起來。
問題2:操作90公斤的時候我覺得我似乎是核心(腹肌)稱不住,下半身已經起來了,
上半身還被壓住,變得有點像Low bar,導致槓的路徑不是直上直下,所以
我該?
a.不要蹲到底,略低大腿水平即可(這應該重量就上去了)
b.deload重新爬(可一deload,姿勢又很正常了?)
c.購買護具,腰帶?舉重鞋?
d.直接增重(體重)??
