小弟深蹲也練了好一段時間了
想請各位大大幫我診斷一下有甚麼問題

重量大約是有上腰帶護膝的1RM 70%左右,只是平常訓練沒錄影,
剛好這天跟朋友一起來輕鬆練請他幫忙錄一下;結果發現甚麼都沒穿
穩定性不如預期,先自己說在底端啟動時好像不太穩,會建議把暫停
深蹲排進課表嗎?或是有甚麼訓練更可以解決問題也拜託告訴我,謝謝。
另外想問各位有穿腰帶護膝練深蹲的大大們,會刻意排個一兩天在比較
低強度的日子完全沒穿裝備訓練嗎?還是不管甚麼強度都穿好穿滿?
