各位巨巨好,關於深蹲的重量進步問題想請教大家:
首先小弟的前十字韌帶受過傷,所以腿算是整組砍掉重練,目前的深蹲重量如下:
20kg*15熱身
40kg*12
50kg*12
60kg*12
60kg*12 (or 70*6)
50kg*12
曾經有蹲過80*3,但是感覺只是為了重量,感受度卻沒有60*12好
請問現在這課表該怎麼突破呢? 深蹲很重要但怕這樣的訓練量不足以讓肌肉長大
請各位大大不吝賜教,感激不盡!
