妮妮這次可是下定決心要 瘦..瘦..瘦...瘦
為了讓妮妮更有毅力,就以網誌來紀錄減肥
把現在的身材紀錄一下
體重 56.1 kg
手臂圍 12.6 吋
腿圍 23 吋
腰圍 33.1 吋
妮妮這次瘦身要採取10大步驟
1.不外出也要做運動
Ex. 仰臥起坐 夾屁股.起立蹲下.抬腿
2.搭配促進代謝的食品
3.多喝水
每天至少 2000c.c 這樣讓身體代謝變好
4.想吃東西喝豆漿,想喝飲料喝豆漿
妮妮聽說減肥餓的時候喝豆漿這樣就不會減到胸部唷 !!!!!!!
5.提前吃飯時間
6.食量控制
7.零食,炸物 OUT
8.消夜 say no
9.充足得睡眠
10.時時刻刻提醒著自己『減肥變美減肥變美減肥變美』
毅力很重要,這樣才不會受美食的誘惑
