時間大約一年多
去年全家零食福袋抽到world gym體驗卷,跑去體驗當天遇到推銷因而開始運動。我只上
有氧團課,超喜歡groove,zumba,熱舞派對之類的課,很嗨很好玩。我喜歡跳來跳去的動
作,因此膝蓋和髖有時候會有點不舒服,不過變瘦以後每次上課照鏡子都超級開心,忍不
住越跳越多!
我以前吃很多零食,對自己沒什麼限制,後來開始把吃的每一口食物一一做紀錄,嚴格登
記,內心想著絕不能浪費辛苦運動消耗的卡路里,慢慢改變。
12月world gym開放全區使用,我就跑去其他地方上肚皮舞 爵士舞,有些老師真的上得很
棒! 這個月我差不多上了30多堂團課,每堂課都用盡全力,減肥目標尚未達成,明年還
要繼續努力 !
