減了6公斤後 卡住了 體脂也卡住... - 健身

小弟我 23歲 從3月初開始減 當時83公斤 體脂31% 身高165
而到現在 77公斤 體脂26% 卡了2周都這樣
現在每天游泳游2000M 那種不太休息一直游 游到達標
重訓每周一次
食量的飯從原本是一座像山的飯放再碗裡 到平平的在碗裡
蔬菜吃的和以前一樣多 肉則減少吃了三分之一 每次晚上肚子餓 從吃雞排改成吃水果
但是最近體重和體脂卡住了 是叫我該去跑步嗎? 之前83KG跑步腳會痛 現在則不知道...
因為我以前游泳有被訓練過 所以游泳游長距離 還算可以
另外我平常習慣晚上一點多才睡 這樣也會影響 減重減脂效果嗎?
