減肥+練肌肉同時進行比較有效率嗎? - 健身

我減肥的方法就是吃的少+運動
但感覺方法有點不對~
因為上班都在坐著(頂多只是站起來多動動)
下班都在舉啞鈴練雙手而已(假日才去打球+跑步)
要練手臂的肌肉是不是要拿很重的啞鈴才行?
網路上說手臂要有好線條必須要練肌力,而不是肌耐力?
順便問一下
平時在家(晚上)能做哪些有氧運動來消除鮪魚肚呢?
看板上大家的建議是先做有氧甩掉脂肪比較有用
現在一直做仰臥起坐好像不太行(那要先停止嗎?)
希望大家能給我一些建議喔~
