請問一下
我已經健身+有氧約5個月
BMI約20
我現在的肚子用手指捏不太起來(站立時)
可是還是有凸凸的感覺
正常時:

我還有哪邊需要再加強呢?
是需要多做有氧讓肚子再小一點
、還是多練胸讓比例好一點
或練肚子讓腹肌緊實?
才能讓肚子看起來不那麼大?
(還是根本就是脹氣.........)
