剛剛在Pauline Nordin的專頁上看到的:
some reasons why too little dietary fat is not good:
1; too low cholesterol leads to less hormone building material
2: cells need it for their membranes
3: vitamin and mineral absorption
4:appetite regulation

為什麼膳食中太少脂肪不好:
1. 賀爾蒙製造困難(很多賀爾蒙漢聲長激素成分都是脂質)
2. 細胞膜是脂肪做的 (有學過生物應該知道)
3. 為他命和礦物質吸收 (脂溶性維他命和一些礦物質都是和脂肪一起吸收效率較佳)
4. 這...我覺得應該是指沒有脂肪的食物會比較不好吃吧
5. 皮膚和頭髮可能會乾燥粗糙
看到板上有些人的飲食
幾乎不含脂肪 或是是不好的脂肪
所以分享一下
脂肪真的沒有那麼可怕...
會胖是你吃太多了...不是脂肪的錯
請不忘多攝取堅果、油類種子或是魚吧~
