基本上吃太飽就會胖
肚子餓到就會瘦
這個聽起來是人體滿正常的運作
每次要減脂就會有健康達人跟我說:
「減肥不能餓到,一定要吃好吃滿
你吃少的飲食方式能夠持續一輩子嗎?」
這是正確的嗎?
可是本來就沒有要持續一輩子
減肥時吃少一點創造熱量赤字
等到達標時稍微吃多一點
維持熱量赤字等於零,
又不是說沒吃少就是要爆吃一堆熱量盈餘
有這樣的疑惑蠻久了
但滿好奇大家的想法的
--
肚子餓到就會瘦
