這2.3個星期
比較持續地在減重控制
每天大概1hr自行車
或0.5hr自行車 + 1hr走路
假日游泳或登山健行
晚餐的量減半
奶茶 薯條完全不碰
只喝茶 咖啡 水 牛奶
每天吃1~2種水果
一般來說
應該是還算健康的減重方式
但我會有種心情壓力
覺得好累.......
有人有類似的情況嗎~~
該如何排解這樣的心情呢?
