減肥前: 70公斤
目前:57公斤左右(最瘦55公斤)
由於身高高,骨架大,稍微有肉就容易壯
加上始終無法抵抗美食的誘惑,每天就是吃吃吃,也懶得運動
因此金剛芭比就誕生了(我不想啊!!!)
頭髮盤起來,戴頂帽子,背影大概看不出我是女的(淚奔~)
曾經去郵局被以為是孕婦和坐捷運被讓座 (大概只有慘字可以形容)
後來痛定思痛,深覺這樣下去不是辦法
開始調整我的飲食,不吃炸、不喝飲料
也開始騎腳踏車、慢跑,游泳,打籃球/羽球,健身房,爬10樓樓梯
一開始真的是很難持續,尤其無法立即見效的沮喪
但相信我,只要持續下去,一定看得出變化
現在努力的目標是腹部川字肌...
只要有毅力撐下去...大家都能夠瘦得健康又漂亮
