大家好,
持續運動至少有一年以上的時間,但我有一個小問題一直很困擾
運動完身體會很疲累,疲累的表現方式有以下幾種:
1.運動完半小時後非常想睡覺
2.運動完隔天都要睡超過8-10小時以上(無法按時起床很苦惱啊),然後很常沒精神。
3.運動完隔天全身像被卡車碾過(這個容易發生於我上瑜珈課或跆拳道課,這點倒不至於
非常困擾我,因為我猜測可能是因為用到不常用的肌群,所以痠痛這樣)
以上三點最困擾我的是第二點,因為有點影響到我的作息。
以下是我運動完攝取營養的方式
1.蛋(可能是煎蛋、蒸蛋、海帶蛋花湯)
2.豆漿1-2杯
3.一片鯛魚
4.一根香蕉
(可能任意搭配,也可能單一)
以下是我的每次運動的清單
1.跑步30-40min (速度7km/hr,nike+測的) 或
2.飛輪課50min+重訓10-20min 或
3.跆拳道課1-1.5hr 或
4.瑜珈課1hr+重訓10-20min
(只會任選一種,體力不好無法二種以上XD)
啊然後我有試過吃B群但好像沒有什麼太大的感覺,一樣很累~
●想請問各位大大對抗運動完身體疲勞有什麼好的方法呢?
●最近有看到Quick Balance有出兩款"體適能均衡營養配方、體適能活力胺基酸"
也想請問有無版友喝過,效果如何呢?
●或是各位版有有什麼推薦CP值又高能補充營養和降低疲勞度的營養品呢?
以上三個問題再麻煩各位版友了(鞠躬)
