已經是第二次了
上次疑似因為喝了巧克力牛奶而失眠
這次完全沒碰有咖啡因的東西
結果還是一樣
兩點喝了牛奶,四點醒來狂拉肚子
到底為什麼啊啊啊
下午五點時重訓半小時這麼嚴重嗎
還是太久沒重訓了Orz
