明明今天已經吃夠基代
但是晚上吃完晚餐後還會餓的話
大家都吃什麼止餓呢?
我發現流質的豆漿好像無法止餓
而且也是有熱量
吃燙葉菜類也是有點空虛
後來發現筊白筍或綠竹筍之類的青菜
體積扎實 又好料理 熱食也比較能止餓
只要把殼剝一剝
丟進水裡煮滾就好了
整隻拿起來吃原味
止餓又沒熱量!!
