大家好
我是女生
身高168 體重52 體脂率17.8
會想增脂是因為我了生理期亂了一兩個月
上網查了資料發現女生脂肪不足很難維持正常周期
之前花了一年減肥完從66公斤開始
我的口味變得很清淡
加上養成運動習慣了
結果體脂也一直降
從24到19
前幾天又量了一次竟然只剩17.8
看到新聞我很擔心
決定要開始多吃油!
但是也不想因為這樣弄壞身體
想請問大家我要怎麼吃才可以健康的增脂呢?
最近我一直吃雞皮還有那層油
還有很肥的豬耳朵和炸雞腿
雖然動物的油都讓我覺得很噁心
但是為了身體還是吞了QQ
也想要開始吃麵包沾橄欖油醋醬
但是這樣吃真的好嗎?
會不會造成血管的疾病?
想請問豬肉雞肉的那一大層油脂(像是三層肉和滷肉)是好的油嗎?
還有我習慣一個禮拜游泳兩到三次
一次都游50~60分鐘
是不是會太多?該停止運動嗎?
麻煩大家了~!我希望讓身體快點變正常><
