最近生日男朋友送了我一台TANITA的體重體脂計,
一站上去就感受到烏雲襲來,
因為.......
一個多月前去診所量,體重48,體脂24.5
(而且還不是剛睡醒,當時已經晚上)
現在跳了一個月的鄭多燕紅帽,每天30min,連續每天都有做,
結果體重49.1,體脂28~29%(爆炸)
雖然說,因為大家都說身材曲線有變好,
所以我沒有非常在意,但這數字也....太、太殘酷了吧= =
於是,我男朋友就有說當初他購買TANITA時銷售員的說法:
他說體脂計的原理大概是透過接觸金屬面時,
機器通過身體的電流,會計算身體裡導電的%數,
扣掉會導電的組織,剩下的就是脂肪率。
那麼,水呢?
脂肪裡也會含水,所以如果身體裡含的水份多,機器無法斷定他是水還是脂肪,
於是也一併扣掉了~所以量出來的體脂會比較低(如果身體裡的水多)
但是TANITA有研發出可以分辯是不是水分子的方法,
所以它量出的是真正的體脂率。
因此看起來會比外面量的高,因為外面的把水份也算進去了。
有點複雜,不知道這樣講會不會很難懂= =
總而言之就是好像TANITA的才是準確值就對了,
讓我不禁好奇,那我之前是.................??????
確實我53KG時,體脂曾飆到33%過。
(而且還不是用傷人的TANITA量的,是用感心歐姆龍 所以很有可能原本更高)
後來光靠中藥減肥減到48,體脂就變成24%,
仔細想想好像不太可能,因為當時我完全沒運動,
吃中藥減肥通常掉的都是水,怎麼會有體脂也降了快10%那麼好的事
所以我看我現在是真的28%體脂沒錯= =(悲傷)
但我想我應該會化悲憤為力量,繼續我的每天30min小紅帽
30min已是我的極限了,因為我已經十年完全沒運動。
(有時感覺狀況ok會加到1小時 混搭啞鈴操 累一點就只跳啞鈴操)
想知道,版上的人也有人是用TANITA嗎?
是不是也會有體脂比別牌高很多的情況?
還有有人測試過別牌,身體裡水多時是不是真的體脂就會變低嗎??
