各位好
我的基礎代謝約1700大卡
我的活動與飲食如下
早餐:300cc統一低糖豆漿+一根香蕉
午餐:一碗胚芽米飯+4種青菜+蒸蛋+橘子
運動:操場3000m約20分鐘接著再去健身房騎腳踏車30分鐘約11km(機器寫消耗300大卡)
運動回來吃一根香蕉+300cc豆漿,接著shake weight 6分鐘
晚餐:一碗胚芽米飯+四種青菜+蛋+橘子
不知道這樣的飲食與運動量是否均衡與足夠呢?
