減肥之後自己感覺得到嗎? - 減肥

安安大家好 小弟我最近在實施斷食法
就調整一下吃飯的時間 也沒有特別在計算熱量什麼的
固定運動 每天應該都算是有吃飽 偶爾會餓一下這樣
過了兩三個禮拜 體重也都是 1%總體重/禮拜 在下降
讓我比較好奇的一點是
減重 減脂會給人本身有什麼明顯的感覺嗎
除了體重計 或是照照鏡子 比較能準確看見身體的變化
自己會不會覺得更輕盈 或更結實什麼的嗎
有沒有人要分享一下
