簡單敘述~
小弟我今年研所剛畢業 目前在科技業工作需要非常長時坐在辦公室裡
大一時~ 166/53 左右 , 可是到研所畢業後 爆增到65kg ( 身高沒變 >"< )
減肥大概從去年8月開始~ 不過都是一陣沒一陣的 !
直到最近三個月才開始認真減肥
每天大約菜單是 早餐:鮪魚蛋餅+紅茶 ! 中午: 吃家裡帶便當 ! 晚餐: 水果
飲料: 現在只喝分解茶或無糖綠茶等 (不過早餐還是會喝一杯中杯紅茶)
運動: 回家幾乎都會用跑步機30分鐘
不過近幾個星期 體重一直停留在57kg已經好久好久 ~ 我是想再瘦個3公斤左右
請問大家也會這樣嗎 ? 還是可能有些肉已經是肌肉了減不掉呢 !
