三餐內容
早餐:無糖豆漿+大燕麥片 約一個馬克杯大小(但目前暑假期間 幾乎睡到中午才吃...)
午餐:半碗-八分滿的飯+家常菜(菜與肉都有,份量大約一碗)+竹筍湯之類的清湯一碗
+餐後水果(整體會吃到8分飽 但不會飽到撐)
晚餐:家常菜(菜肉都有,約半碗到1碗的量)+兩碗湯(吃菜前一晚 菜吃完一碗)
都是番茄豆腐湯 竹筍湯 冬瓜湯等等....+一些餐後水果(家裡有切吃幾塊)
其他:很想解嘴饞,會吃餅乾一小包or黑巧克力一小片
喝水每天約1500-2000(抱歉我之前很不愛喝水 還在學習中....)
含糖飲料就是家裡煮的綠豆湯或仙草蜜吧...(但我們家口味挺清淡 不會太甜)
一禮拜有聚會會失控1-2次
日常作息時間:暑假期間 晚上大概凌晨2點入睡 早上九點半起床 有時會午睡約2小時
生活型態:放暑假的學生......
運動習慣:慢跑40分鐘 心跳數約130+仰臥起坐50下+看電視時搖呼拉圈
(時間不一定 通常超過半小時)+抬腿20-30分鐘
一禮拜至少5天
我的問題:
大家好!!
是想請各位幫我調整一下目前的運動與食譜,放暑假時間跟飲食都比較好掌控
希望可以在暑假瘦到58....請幫我看看在飲食或運動上可以加強什麼呢?
跑步也有持續加強中,平均兩天會增加一圈(400M操場),目前一天跑11圈快走兩圈
實行已經兩個禮拜,但體重還是沒有下降.....之前爬文知道說至少要一個月才會比較有效果...但量體重卻沒變化難免失落...
目前最希望利用兩個月暑假時間好好瘦到58,甚至55!!
請各位對我目前的計畫給些建議,謝謝喔!!
另外我有想過要重訓,但不在學校健身房,外面的健身房都好貴喔...
請問如果想達到重訓效果,有什麼替代辦法嗎?
