我開始運動大概一年三個月左右
去年的夏天兩個月大概瘦了四公斤~
那時候是每周跑步(操場慢跑)四天 每天5000m/32分左右
然後秋天的時候有加上游泳 速度很慢XD 大概是1200m/40分上下
秋天大概瘦了一公斤
整個冬天一直都有維持跑步的習慣(紀錄是在9度的操場奔跑!)
所以體重也沒有增加(但也沒有下降QQ
到了這個夏天
我現在還是維持一個禮拜游泳三天左右 一樣是1200m/40分鐘
跑步的部分因為已經常常覺得跑完都不喘 所以又把圈數往上加
現在是6400m/36分 整體速度有比去年稍快一點 每個禮拜跑三次
可是我的停滯期真的已經好久了阿阿啊啊
我真的不知道問題出在哪耶
而且跑步跑太多讓我的大腿肌肉也漸漸變得跟小腿一樣健壯了@@
到底要怎麼修正比較對啊?!
PS飲食的部分我都跟之前變瘦的那段期間吃的東西差不多
而且因為我牙齒不太好 所以吃飯很慢= =
