星座專家薇薇安(Vivian,本名陳佳瑛)身材像氣球一樣忽胖忽瘦,原本瘦身有成的她,
在2013年底胖到88公斤,但靠著節食、狂喝豆漿,已經成功鏟掉30公斤,但E奶還「再成
長」變成F,還直言覺得自己好像懷孕漲奶。
薇薇安3月中時在微博po文,透露自己在1年半爆肥60斤(約36公斤),自嘲從薇薇安變成
「肥肥安」,但毅力驚人的她,從過年後開始減肥大作戰,靠著3餐各喝500c.c無糖豆漿
配奇異果或葡萄柚打的果汁,瘦了15公斤。
據《中國時報》報導,薇薇安最近接受記者訪問時,坦承身材再縮水,她靠著早上喝豆漿
,中餐吃沙拉或水果,晚上喝大量熱湯、減少菜飯,因為討厭曬太陽,運動都在室內完成
,一周游泳3到5次、或使用跑步機、做瑜珈,搭配減肥霜、按摩精油推脂,現在停在58公
斤,總共瘦了30公斤,希望可以消風到48。
在減肥過程中,薇薇安罩杯一直沒有縮水,除了喝豆漿之外,搭配睡前「喝紅酒配起司」
,E奶不減反升一個罩杯變成F,其實反倒有點困擾,但為了穿上比基尼,用好身材迎接夏
天到來,勉勵大家一起努力。
雙和社區部醫生表示,有減肥需求的人確實可以喝無糖豆漿當代餐,但不建議痛風病患食
用,因為可能因此引發急性痛風,且也有醫生認為女性不要想喝豆漿豐胸,因為女性本身
就分泌很多雌激素,一旦雌激素攝取過多,會引起女性雙側乳房脹痛,嚴重時還會產生腫
塊,造成乳腺癌。馬偕醫院營養師建議,20公克黃豆可製成一杯豆漿,也大約有一份肉的
蛋白質,所以,一天只需喝2、3杯豆漿即可。
