減肥後血壓偏低 - 減肥

這次的減肥因為多了許多輔助工具.. 體脂肪計 血壓計 熱量計
意外解開了我之前總是感覺頭暈或是有地震的原因
一直以來我走路時偶而會感到有地震,身體會晃
直到前年體重從6x 飆到 8x 後這毛病突然就消失了
體重在8x時我弟買了台水銀式血壓計,那時候量血壓都是很正常 110/70 以下
當時還很得意即使胖,血壓還是很正常
隨著減重,我發覺血壓越量越低,靜止狀態很少到 100/70,運動過後會更低,
之前那種頭暈地震的感覺似乎有回來的跡象
昨天運動回來,休息一陣子後拿起血壓計一量不得了,血壓計發出警告音,
出現 80/52 這讓我很驚訝的數據,換手量還是 8x/5x,幾小時後才量到
90/60以上的數據,但收縮壓還是不到100
我這才明白我在運動一陣子後開始感覺身體會晃,是血壓出問題了
今天運動回來還是量到 8x/5x
以女生來說或許覺得我大驚小怪,不過以我這大男生來說這血壓偏低了
減肥後血壓真的會降低,不過我的體質似乎怪怪的
正餐零食飲料都沒少,所以不是沒吃東西造成的
