三餐內容:工作可能【連續五餐沒吃】,然後一口氣吃很多,通常不吃早餐,
常不吃晚餐,假日才吃一堆。
日常作息時間:一天工作達12~16小時(有幾次需一天20小時)。
生活型態:上班族(公家機關)
運動/減肥方式:晚上(近半夜)騎腳踏車30MIN(心跳100),每星期三次、
從未吃過減肥藥與代餐,希望靠運動、控制總熱量瘦下來
問題陳述:看了別人的減肥資料,一個月瘦兩公斤,一年後皮膚鬆垮垮,
還有一堆皮?我覺得每個月兩公斤應該算慢慢瘦,如何避免一堆皮?
例如局部重訓?
還是靠騎腳踏車,每個月減兩公斤,其實不用擔心皮鬆一堆皮的問題?
