我從去年二月開始減肥到現在,總歷時一年,
體重從110公斤減到現在70公斤,總算已經大功告成,
因為過程中有使用excel做統計,在這邊有些統計資料跟大家分享,
1. 我每個月可以讓bmi值減少0.7以上,但是沒辦法超過2。
2. 減肥效果 跑步(4~6.5)>游泳(3~4.5)>飛輪(2.5)
掛號中的數字是每個月減肥的公斤數,每次運動的時間都約為一小時。
3. 減肥數字是階梯式前進,不是線性。
4. 每吃一次吃到飽,體重會上升0.7~1.4公斤,但是只需要連續運動兩天就可以
回到之前的體重。
5. 跑步一次(10000m)可以讓我少掉1.2kg的水分。
6. 睡前跟睡醒後體重差距為 0.4~0.6kg, 如果連續兩天小於0.4kg的話。
就是停滯期到了。
7. 熬夜會讓我水腫0.5~0.9公斤,需要兩天的連續運動才能消除。
8. 麥當勞,肯德基殺傷力好像沒想像中強,一年中我吃了四十次麥當勞
三十六次肯德基,還有一個禮拜是天天吃麥當勞的,
但是從數據中顯示那個禮拜我還是維持正常的腳步。
10. 接上一項,殺傷力最強的是麻辣鍋,吃一次讓我胖了1.2公斤,
花了我一個禮拜才回復原體重。
11. 再接上一項,一杯大杯的五十嵐珍珠奶茶會讓我體重停滯一天。
12. 晚餐越早吃我越容易瘦。
13. 午餐不吃可以讓我快速變瘦,但是很痛苦,而且三個禮拜後就沒用了。
14. 晚餐不吃可以讓我超快速變瘦,但是我只撐了五天,痛苦指數太高。
15. 我沒辦法連續運動超過十天,一定要休息一天才能再出發。
另外附上減肥無用小常識
1. 天天跑操場的話,會讓我的髮型歪一邊。
2. 外國人真的比較會跑操場,我心理常常跟跑操場的人較勁,
偷偷的跟著他們的腳步跑,但是有兩個外國人我從來沒有成功跟上腳步過。
3. 腰每瘦四吋,就需要買新的褲子,要不然穿起來就很辨忸。
4. 每瘦5公斤就會有人發現我瘦了。
5. 真的有人在游泳池偷尿尿。看過後我就不再去游泳了。
6. 看完熱血的電影,讓我運動更有動力。
最後奉勸大家,不要用減肥藥來減肥,
我有同事是跟我一起減肥的,兩個大胖子都是110公斤開始看破,努力減肥
我是用運動,他是用藥物,一開始兩個月就讓他瘦了11公斤,我只瘦了8公斤
但是現在我成功減肥40kg後,他已經140公斤了...orz
