節食 -快速降低體"重",短效來的快 -大部份減少的是水份、部份肌肉和極少數脂肪
,但停止節食之後,回補的全都是脂肪!

-頭暈目眩、腸胃失調、皮膚乾燥、易疲倦、
-長期可節能省碳愛地球?! 易怒、貧血、掉髮、怕冷、血糖低引起手腳

-省錢省時又省力!
-下刀一個沒拿捏好,會錯割。
-往動脈下刀的砍掉重練法

-復胖機率極高,而且會胖得"歪溝起剉"
