減肥時吃東西也需要定時嗎? - 減肥

已爬過文~板上好像比較沒有"定時"的討論
我們都知道想要瘦身就是要均衡飲食+運動~
但我有個小小疑問,就是進食的部分需要"定時"嗎?
在『消耗的總熱量>吃進去的總熱量>基礎代謝熱量』原則下
想瘦身的人在任何想進行的情況下進食都可以嗎??
比如說白天一整天都不想吃,晚上洗完澡之後才想吃…
(然後就把今天該吃的熱量一口氣吃進肚子裡)
這樣和上面的原則是否衝突呢?
