減肥期間吃素 - 美體

[最近菜單]
早餐:睡醒喝500cc溫開水 + 水煮蛋一顆 + 香蕉一條 + 牛奶or豆漿約350cc
(因為早上起來肚子都會感覺脹氣,吃這樣已經很飽了)
中餐:素食便當一個(青菜五份+糙米飯)
晚餐:綜合生菜沙拉一份,偶爾多吃一份水果
(另外一整天裡我會喝1000cc冷泡茶,再加上開水一天至少2000cc)
平時因為課業關係
一個禮拜平均約去二次健身房
我沒注意公里數但跑跑走走至少會持續一個小時
最近因為某些因素所以決定吃素一陣子
但我擔心的是沒有攝取到動物性蛋白質是否對於減重有影響呢?
