年初減脂至今
體重79.1>74.8 -4.3
體脂18.9>15.2 -3.7
基代1786>1737 -49
總共-3.6KG脂肪 -0.7KG肌肉
方式:
一週三次力量訓練5*5 + 飲食控制(無吃到基代)
給各位一點參考~
補充:
起初也是相信要吃到基代
後來在肌肉沙灘看到ISCPUPU的文章
就開始嘗試減少熱量攝取
過程如下;
1.一天四餐+兩杯高蛋白配合重量訓練:體脂不上不下
2.拿掉高蛋白:開始有些顯著效果
3.再減少澱粉攝取 配合假日偷熱量(睡到中午一天兩餐):效果明顯
基本上 假日都是用來滿足口慾的就是
結論:
減脂有效率
又不影響訓練 (FRONT SQUAT進步到75KG 5*5 硬舉100KG 5*5挑戰中)
