開始健身是為了減肥
除了爬文也有問過身邊一些朋友
大致上知道的是
一組8下以下的重量是力量為主
8~12是肌肥大
12以上是肌耐力
那我目標是減肥 自己的理解是把肌肉量提升
增加基礎代謝率的話 是選8~12的重量
可是有些朋友認為應該做8下以下的力量訓練消耗的熱量才比較多
不是很清楚到底該選哪個
