四項過度減脂而有的錯誤作法
1、只願意吃自己煮的健康食物,其他都不想碰
2、完全禁止某些食物,卻依賴補充品
3、多吃就會焦慮,卻不願意運動
4、譴責或過度干涉別人的飲食
我過去減肥 因比較沒什麼時間運動 就是讓自己少吃
結果就是會有各種大小的罪惡感
明明就是和大家開開心心的聚餐
要麼自己什麼都不吃不開心 或是吃太跑則會有罪惡感
後面慢慢調適調整後 才慢慢放過自己
真的不要吃得太健康 讓自己不健康又不快樂
