嗨大家好
目前減肥邁入第四個月,已瘦下10公斤,但離目標還有很大~~的一段距離
初期都是用飲控來做減肥,而在一個月前開始加入了健身
想請問大家,我的基礎代謝率大約是1800卡
而我近期都是飲食會吃到1900卡(蛋白質有吃到至少150g),然後重訓加有氧消耗的熱量大約
400卡,一周會去五天健身房
不知道這樣相減起來我是不是等於沒吃到基礎代謝?
因為很害怕復胖跟溜溜球效應
想請大家為我解惑 謝謝!
(補充一下,我的tdee大約2600卡)
