小的是高二生,蠻愛喝飲料的
身高180,體重76公斤
BMI值在適中去快要到肥胖的位置
肚子和胸前有著一團肉
腿的部分也有些粗
穿窄版的褲子會覺得緊
之前有在做仰臥起坐
一天100下 做了三個月卻沒什麼成果
有稍微爬了文,大概知道要搭配飲食
但我真的不是那種吃飯會去算熱量的人
想請教各位
要怎麼做才能瘦到腿部和腹部呢?
飲食方面能否給我一些建議呢?
大多時三餐都在外頭解決
