各位前輩哥哥姊姊早安。
沒錯,我就是在這莫名其妙的時間下班,有時08上班、有時16上班、有時02上班、有時06上班。又有時16下班、有時20下班、更鬼的是04、06、08,天天上班12hrs是要怎麼活!
(但是沒辦法就是為了混口飯天天撐)
一年前在校期間180cm 78kg 體脂肪15%多
(當初有向板娘請教加上重訓)
一年後在職期間180cm 75kg 體脂肪22%多
生活被拆班與壓力搞得一團糟,當然,身體也是。感覺明顯新陳代謝變慢,容易疲勞,嚴重乏力感。慢慢有感制服衣褲變緊,騎車振動時更明顯!突然一股危機感油然而生。我是該減肥了。我想回到以前沒有罩杯的日子,我想回到什麼衣服都能穿的日子!救救我阿!前輩!
重點來了!目前問題有:
1、16-04的上班時間中,在深夜時段肚子會餓,我該吃什麼,不吃真的餓到受不了,隔天12點上班,我04下班能否吃東西再睡,還是直接睡覺忍到12上班再吃?
2、面對身體代謝異常(腦袋不清楚、易情緒化)該怎麼處理....
3、失控的體脂肪求完美《簡易》課表!因為天天12hrs根本沒剩多少體力能活動....
目前計劃:
1、吃飯三餐盡力正常(因輪班常少一餐),盡量達到營養均衡,多吃蔬菜水果,和一顆棒球大的米飯。
2、固定1、3、5、7慢跑3-5km,行有餘力增加重訓,增加肌肉比例。
3、食用魚油、B群等補給品增進運動時之精神,不然都一直打哈欠....
感謝耐心收看,不求短時間見效。只求身體機能能回復到我現在22歲應有的狀態!
十分誠心+十分擔心的向前輩們求解...
明顯感覺身體虛很多,走路油會抖。
